Big 4 Guides Introduction

What is the difference between Deloitte, E&Y, PwC and KPMG? Who is better? How do you find this out?

You may have offers from more than one of the Big 4 and be asking yourself these questions. So what do you do?

• Go to their websites? Why bother? They all say the same thing.
• You may find yourself reading a blog telling you what it's like to work at Deloitte, then realise it's written by someone in the Sydney office.
• Speak to your mates. Good idea, hopefully you will have one at each firm.

So we have tried to offer another alternative and compile guides on the areas we know something about (or at least think we know something about) from a UK perspective.  Admittedly it is a little biased towards London as that is where we work, however we would love to hear from you if you work in a regional office.  All the guides in this section have been written by people working or who have worked in the department in question.

We have a limited group of friends and therefore don't have all the departments covered.
